Who we are

Sentira Health operates the Sentira app and the Sentira Health website. If you have questions about this Privacy Policy, you can contact us at support@sentirahealth.com.

Information Sentira may access

• Information you enter in the app. This can include check-ins, meals, hydration, caffeine, supplements, notes, reports, routines, and profile settings you choose to add.
• Apple Health data. If you choose to connect Apple Health, Sentira may read supported HealthKit information such as activity, sleep, heart-related signals, and optional clinical lab information already available through Apple Health.
• Location for weather context. If you choose to allow location access, Sentira may use your device location to provide local weather and environmental context.
• Notification preferences. If you allow notifications, Sentira may send reminders, prompts, or support nudges based on your settings.
• Website and support communications. If you email us or use the website, we may receive the information you include in that communication, along with standard website delivery data such as IP address, browser details, and security logs processed by our hosting and delivery providers.
• Crash and diagnostic information. Sentira may rely on standard Apple crash and diagnostic reporting to help identify and fix app stability issues.

How your information is used

• To provide the app’s daily guidance, logging, pattern analysis, reminders, and support tools.
• To generate summaries, exports, and visit-prep reports when you choose to use those features.
• To provide optional weather and environmental context when location access is granted.
• To improve app reliability, troubleshoot crashes, and respond to support requests.
• To process purchases and subscriptions through Apple’s In-App Purchase system.

How Sentira stores and shares information

• Sentira stores app data on-device by default. The core Sentira experience is designed so your personal health information remains on your device rather than being collected on Sentira-owned servers during normal use of the app.
• Sentira does not use third-party advertising SDKs and does not track you across other companies’ apps or websites for advertising purposes.
• Information leaves the app only when you choose to export a report, share content, or write supported entries back to Apple Health.
• Apple may process subscription, payment, or diagnostic information according to Apple’s own policies. Our website delivery providers may process technical request data needed to host and secure the website.
• We do not sell your personal health data.

Apple Health and clinical information

If you authorize Apple Health access, Sentira uses that information only to support the app’s health and wellness features. Clinical lab information is optional and only used if it is already available in Apple Health and you grant permission. Sentira is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care.

Your choices and controls

• You can decline Apple Health, location, and notification permissions.
• You can later revoke permissions in iOS Settings.
• You can edit or delete entries you add in Sentira.
• You can stop using Sentira and remove local data by deleting the app from your device.
• You can manage subscriptions in Apple ID Settings > Subscriptions.

Children’s privacy

Sentira is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate supervision. If you believe information from a child has been provided to us through support communication or another direct channel, please contact us and we will review the request.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the app, website, legal requirements, or privacy practices. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above.
